1. In signing up to Kicking Goals for Kids (“KGK”) via the form provided to you at this Website, you hereby duly agree to make a regular giving in the form of a voluntary donation to the Adelaide Crows Children’s Foundation (“ACCF”) of an amount nominated by you for each goal scored by the Adelaide Crows during every Australian Football League (“AFL”) home and away match, and all AFL finals matches (“your Pledge”).
2. The voluntary donation is only applicable to AFL home and away matches and all AFL finals matches participated in by the Adelaide Crows.

4. Your Pledge will be multiplied by the total goals scored by the Adelaide Crows during each AFL home and away, or finals match (“Total Pledge”). The Total Pledge will be debited from the bank account or charged to the credit card you nominated upon signing up to the KGK (“Nominated Account”), within one (1) to three (3) business days following the match.
5. Should you have insufficient funds in your Nominated Account at the time of debit, you may be subject to institutional fees. The ACCF is not responsible or liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of the application of such fees.
6. You are entitled to change your Pledge amount at any time by visiting the Kicking Goals for Kids webpage available at http://afc.com.au/community or by phoning the ACCF on (08) 8440 6666.
7. Any alterations to your Pledge amount will apply to the next Adelaide Football Club minor round game or finals match. For the avoidance of any doubt, any changes to your Pledge, made after a match has already commenced but prior to the conclusion of the match, will not come into effect until the next Adelaide Football Club minor round game or finals match.
8. You agree that your Pledge is payable from the date upon which you sign up to KGK (“Commencement Date”), and will continue until you discharge of your obligations under KGK by notifying the ACCF in writing, that you intend to cancel your Pledge pursuant to condition 11.
9. Cancelling your Pledge can occur at any time in writing to the ACCF by way of email to crowsfoundation@afc.com.au. You will have no right to any refund of monies previously paid pursuant to your Pledge.
10. ACCF reserves the right to alter these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

I would like to support the Regular Giving Fund but I do not have a credit card. How can I contribute?
Donations to the Regular Giving Fund are always welcome. You can choose to Pledge per goal manually by making an online donation via www.afc.com.au/community at any time throughout the season. Donations can be made by Cheque, Money Order or Cash. Please address these to: Crows Children’s Foundation, PO Box 10, West Lakes, SA 5021.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Adelaide Football Club Account password?
There is a ‘Forgot Password’ button when you are prompted to login. Click the link and follow the instructions, we will email a temporary password to you.
Can I set up a donation on behalf of a family member or friend?
Yes, but our system does not allow for an email address to be used more than once. We recommend that you use an alternative email address for your family member or friend. However if that is not possible, please contact Crows Children’s Foundation 08 8440 6666 or email: crowsfoundation@afc.com.au and we will be able to link your accounts so you can share the same email. Unfortunately linking accounts cannot be done yourself online. NB: The payment details provided by the primary contact will be responsible for all donations or Pledges linked to their account.
How can I change the amount I Pledge, or cancel my contribution towards the Kicking Goals for Kids Fund?
