How will I receive my match day tickets?
Prior to each home match, you will receive an email from Adelaide Oval confirming when and how you can access your tickets from the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal.

How will I receive my car park tickets?
Prior to each home match, you will receive an email from Adelaide Oval confirming when you can access your car park tickets from the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal.
There are multiple car park locations around the Stadium so please ensure you check your car park ticket carefully.
>> Northern Car Park - Access via Pennington Terrace.
>> Oval No. 2 - Access via Montefiore Road
>> East - Access via King William Road (north-bound lanes only)
How do I pre-order food and beverages for the game?
You will be able to view a range of food and beverage packages that you can pre-order via the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal the week prior to the scheduled match.

When do I need to order my food and beverage by?
All food and beverage packages must be pre-ordered at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled game. You will receive an email reminder from Adelaide Oval prompting you to do so.
It is highly recommended that you pre-order your catering to ensure you receive your first preferences. There will be limited options available to order at the game.
Can I order a beverage package without any food?
Due to Responsible Services of Alcohol regulations, you will be required to order a food package along with your beverage package. You will not be able to order a standalone beverage package.

When will my LED be shown?
Those that have LED advertising included in their 2025 package, will receive the following allocation throughout the season:
• Ten Home Games = 2 x 30 second spots pre-game
• One Home Game = 1 x 30 second spot pre-game and 1 x 30 second spot at half time
An exact schedule of when your LED will be shown can be provided upon request. Please contact your Adelaide Football Club Account Manager for further information.
My LED creative is incorrect?
If your LED imagery is incorrect or needs to be updated, please contact your Adelaide Football Club Account Manager as soon as possible.
My Corporate Box signage is not displaying or is incorrect?
If your Open-Air Box signage is incorrect or not displayed, please contact your Adelaide Football Club Account Manager as soon as possible so they can get this rectified for you.
How do I access the Corporate Portal?

Are there age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions in the Open-Air Boxes or Luxury Suites, however children of all ages will require their own ticket to attend and must be supervised by an adult. The Corporate facility must not exceed its capacity.
When can I access my Corporate Box on a match day?
You will be able to access your Open-Air Box or Luxury Suite 1 hour prior to the scheduled game.
Do I have access to my Open-Air Box for non-Adelaide Football Club home games?
Your Open-Air Box package only includes access to the 11 Adelaide Football Club AFL home games. This does not include the AFL's Gather Round, SANFL or AFLW matches. If you are interested in hiring your Open-Air Box for any other sporting game or event at Adelaide Oval, please contact your Adelaide Football Club Account Manager and they will be able to assist.
